Window Sticker
Stale car listings get windshield stickers written by the buyers who walked away.
The job
Turn buyer friction in chats (lowballs, 'overpriced', 'no service history', unanswered messages) into specific advice on a windshield-style sticker for each stale listing, send it to the seller, and show whether stickered listings sold faster.
The moment
A 2019 SUV has sat for 41 days. Its sticker reads Buyers called it overpriced 3x more than similar cars; 9 of 14 asked for the service history you haven't posted; cars within 5% of the estimate sold in a median 9 days (n = 63), over a strip of quotes: we want the service history. The seller posts the history, drops 4% and sells in 6 days, and a SOLD sticker lands on his phone. At a dealer QBR, the account manager answers the leads are fake with the dealer's row in the league: 38 price questions never answered.
