Nobody Knocked
Every 'customer unavailable' scan gets the customer's side within the hour, priced.
The job
Gets the customer's side of every failed delivery attempt within the hour, separates fake attempts from real refusals of cash-on-delivery orders, rebooks or converts the order, and bills carriers for attempts that never happened.
The moment
Each hub's failed deliveries are shown as a street of doors. In a live meeting with the carrier, one fresh door marked "customer unavailable" is tapped, and an AI voice agent calls the customer.
The customer says they've been home all evening and nobody called. The door turns red, joining a row that is 38% red, mostly from two couriers after 7 pm.
A penalty claim of $184,000 is drafted for the carrier.
Two weeks later the row is grey, and the share of parcels sent back from the hub has fallen from 19% to 11%.
What it does
- Ask the customer now (live voice)
- Rebook a delivery
- Convert a COD refusal to prepaid
- Send the carrier evidence pack and penalty draft
What you see
A street of doors per hub that turn red, grey or amber as customers answer, with a priced carrier evidence pack
What it moves
The share of parcels returned to sender at each hub, the share of each carrier's attempts that customers contradict, and money recovered in carrier penalties.
