Letter to Keys
Repair letter in, keys back, the owner's 'all good' confirmed by phone.
The job
Turns every insurer-directed repair into one that is booked, tracked, communicated and confirmed by phone, so the owner never has to chase, and makes insurers compete on days from repair letter to keys back.
The moment
When an insurer sends a car to a repair shop, the repair letter starts a tracked journey. Seven minutes after one arrives, an AI voice agent calls the owner.
It offers Monday at 9am at the north bodyshop and asks if a replacement car is needed. On the wall, the owner's car moves from letter received to booked.
Ten days later a follow-up call hears "the colour doesn't match on the door", and the car moves back to a repeat repair.
The insurer's position on the leaderboard drops before the owner ever posts about it.
What it does
- Read the letter and create the claim
- Book the bay by outbound voice call
- Advance stage and WhatsApp the owner
- Request a replacement car
- Draft the insurer update
- Launch the day-3 verification call
- Send insurer scorecards
What you see
Pit-lane board of car silhouettes through seven stations, a verification-call ledger, an insurer pit-stop leaderboard (PDF monthly) and a read-only command wall
What it moves
The median days from repair letter to keys back, and the share of repairs confirmed right first time, for each insurer and branch.
