Who Pays Sorry
Every voucher paid for someone else's mistake, traced, billed and recovered with evidence.
The job
At month end, traces every refund, voucher and goodwill payment the platform made for a fault another party caused back to that party, and bills it with evidence. Compensation stops coming out of the wrong pocket, and partners change their behaviour.
The moment
At month end, the head of care looks at a diagram of pipes carrying the compensation the platform paid for other parties' mistakes. One turn of a valve shows $612,000 for this quarter.
One approved batch sends 340 debit notes to restaurants, each with quotes from that restaurant's own customers.
A month later, the ticker on the wall reads $340,000 recovered.
The three restaurants that cost the most turn green as their rate of missing items falls for the first time.
What it does
- Send a batch of debit notes
- Log each line in the recoverables ledger
- Resolve a partner dispute
- Send a policy reminder
- Open the partner's evidence
What you see
An animated pipe-and-valve diagram with a signing tray, a partner page and a care-floor recovered-money ticker
What it moves
Compensation as a share of gross order value, dollars recovered each month (confirmed by finance), and each partner's rate of faults after its first debit note.
