Partner Canary
Partners' public reviews sing a warning days before your own customers complain.
The job
Watches the public reviews of the partners you depend on, such as restaurants, hotels, clinics and sellers, for early signs of harm. You act on the partner before your customers are hurt, then confirm both the partner's reviews and your own tickets are clean.
The moment
Each partner the business depends on is shown as a canary. A canary droops when that partner's own public reviews start to warn of harm.
On Tuesday a burger branch's canary droops after three public reviews mention poisoning. A countdown estimates 4 days until the first complaint from your own customers.
On Wednesday the branch is paused until it has been inspected.
By Friday the card estimates that 37 complaints never arrived (somewhere between 22 and 51), and none of your customers has reported a problem.
What it does
- Ask the partner for a response
- Book an inspection
- Lower visibility or pause pending check
- Log the move and clean-window verdict
- Drill the partner's evidence
What you see
Aviary of partner canaries perched by risk, with lead-time countdowns and a clean-window release
What it moves
Partner harm incidents acted on before your first customer complaint, how many days earlier you acted, and the estimated complaints avoided for each incident, shown as a range.
