Promise Statement
Members get a monthly statement of promises kept, broken and already paid.
The job
Makes sure paying members get the on-time guarantee and priority support they pay for. It pays what is owed before they ask, tells them in their own words that they were heard, and proves in membership revenue that it keeps them.
The moment
Paying members get a monthly statement, like a bank statement, of promises kept, broken and already paid. Before the run, the approver previews three real statements on screen.
One quotes a member's angry chat from March back to them, with the date the credit was paid.
A week later the member posts it: "they told me they owed me before I noticed".
Across 18,400 members compared with a control group of 2,050, intent to cancel is down 31%, and $412,000 of membership revenue was kept this quarter.
What it does
- Batch-credit unpaid breaches
- Approve and send the monthly statements
- Record the run and control group
- Cohort card to the CFO
What you see
Bank-statement format sent to members by WhatsApp/email, with a control-room breach queue and a control-group cohort card
What it moves
Membership revenue kept in dollars (members who got statements compared with a control group), intent to cancel per 1,000 members, and unpaid breaches older than 48 hours.
