Parcel Diary
A parcel narrates its month from customers' words, then holds owners to pledges.
The job
Replaces the monthly delivery experience deck with one parcel's first-person diary, footnoted line by line to real customers. It ends in pledges from owners and opens next month by reading back who kept their word.
The moment
Instead of a monthly delivery report deck, a parcel tells its month as a first-person diary, with each line footnoted to real customers.
At the all-hands meeting, a synthetic voice reads the Day 3 chapter: "Day 3: I sat in the hub while 412 people asked where I was."
The CEO asks who owns Day 3, and hub operations make a pledge.
Next month the diary opens: "Hub operations promised fewer than 200 of you would ask where I was. 97 did." The footnote marks the pledge as kept.
What it does
- Record an owner pledge
- Ask the chapter owner for the pledge
- Send the voice edition
- Drill any sentence to its customers
What you see
A first-person diary in scrollytelling chapters, footnoted like a report, ending in a pledge page and an owner league; optional WhatsApp voice edition
What it moves
Customer contacts for each stage of the delivery journey each month, such as "where is my order" contacts at the hub, and the share of owner pledges kept.
