Two-Signature QBR
A client review in customers' words, with promises both sides sign and customers countersign.
The job
Replace the three-day screenshot-and-retype QBR deck with a living review whose promises are signed by both parties and stamped by the end customers' own words before the next QBR.
The moment
The vendor's CSM stamps two of her own promises Broken on screen before the client's VP can raise them, and under each line three end customers' quotes show why. The VP approves three new commitments from the email on his phone, the second signature lands on the page in front of both teams, and he says it is the first QBR that felt honest.
