In week three, the memo said anger at the rival's delivery fees in one city had tripled, and predicted a fee cut within a month.
The team fixed its own delivery time estimates in that city and prepared scripts to keep customers. On day 19, the prediction is stamped as having come true.
Because the team was ready, talk of switching barely moved. The running record shows 7 of 10 predictions right.
