Fault Atlas
Repaint the city by who caused each complaint, not who got blamed.
The job
Maps every complaint by the party whose action caused it, sends each district's fix to the side that owns it, recovers money paid out for other parties' faults, and proves the district improved.
The moment
A city map shows complaints by district, coloured by who got blamed. Red tiles are complaints blamed on delivery riders.
The COO flips a switch to colour them by who actually caused the problem, and 40% of the red tiles turn orange for restaurant faults. A grey share, where the cause can't be told, stays visible.
The money column shows $1.4 million paid in compensation this quarter for restaurant faults, with $610,000 recoverable under partner terms.
What it does
- Confirm or overturn an attribution
- Route the district fix to the owning side
- Request recovery from the side at fault
- Close a fix with its verdict
- Share a link to a tile
- Drill a tile
What you see
Morphing hex-tile map (blamed vs at fault) with an objection drawer and a money column
What it moves
The complaint rate in each district by who caused it, compensation paid for other parties' faults and the amount recovered in US dollars, and verdicts on fixes.
