Thank-You Receipt
Every shift ends with a private receipt of the customers you helped.
The job
Give each frontline worker a small, private record of the customers they helped and were thanked by, positive only and in their own language, and prove to HR that it keeps good people.
The moment
On the bus home a cashier opens a receipt: 3 customers thanked you today. Line 1: she found my son's inhaler under the till. Below it is a 12-second voice clip of that mother saying thank you. She forwards it to her family group. In HR's quarterly review, the retention panel reads: recipients left at half the rate of matched peers, about $1.9 million of rehiring avoided.
What it does
- Approve and send tonight's receipts
- Hold a receipt
- Attach customer voice clip
- Register retention test
- Propose recognition bonus (optional)
What you see
Plain-text receipt in the job's own metaphor (till slip, boarding pass, prescription label, delivery slip) on WhatsApp, a year-end reel, and an HR retention panel
What it moves
90-day attrition of recipients vs matched non-recipients, and attrition avoided at replacement cost in dollars
