The job
Find failures that share a hidden physical spine (a riser stack, feeder, fibre cabinet, bus route or baggage belt), fix the spine once, and warn the places further along it before they complain.
The moment
In the quality review the director presses Listen on Tower 3 and the room hears stack B go sour between floors 7 and 14, and the app names the 11 silent units above. Six weeks later the same button plays the tower in tune, with 0 new damp reports from the 11 warned units and one inspection instead of fifteen visits.
