The job
Catches life-safety hazards reported in any channel within minutes, gets a crew there against a clock, and closes the case only when the person who reported it says the area is safe.
The moment
At 23:10 someone posts a clip of an electrical cabinet sparking in a flooded street. By 23:12 it has jumped the queue onto the emergency lane of the wall screen.
At 23:13 the poster gets a reply warning people to keep away.
At 23:31 the crew confirms the area is safe, and the poster is told it took 21 minutes.
The next morning the case is closed with the poster's own reply: "they came in 20 minutes, respect".
