Spots scam scripts moving across channels and queues, within one client or across clients who agree, by matching phrases rather than customer identity. Warns the right fraud desks with how much lead time they have, and sends a holding script to agents and AI agents.
The moment
At 10:40, agents working for a bank client hear callers claiming to be from the customer's telecom fraud team, asking for a code.
At 11:05, agents working for the telecom client hear the mirror image of the same script. Matching the phrases shows the first lane was 25 minutes ahead.
Both fraud desks get a joint alert at 11:07, and a holding script reaches both floors and the AI agent.
By 13:00 attempts on both lanes are down to zero, and the log already flags the digital wallet client as the likely next target.
