The job
Keeps a live deck of rival cards with stats taken from public comments, so teams see each week where they lose and claim a move for each lost category. The deck is the shared scoreboard that other apps build on.
The moment
Each rival is a trading card whose stats come from what customers say in public. At the weekly council, the product lead confidently plays the card for language support.
The rival's card wins 81 to 54, with the line "their bot actually understands how customers really talk".
A move to close the gap is claimed on the spot.
Six weeks later, the card flips as the team's score passes the rival's.
