Rescue Credits
Every bot failure your humans rescued, counted, priced and sent back for fixing.
The job
Shows what human agents do for the client's AI agent, whoever built it, by counting and pricing every rescue. The outsourced contact centre gets paid for rescues, the bot gets fixed, and billed "resolutions" that humans actually fixed are reclaimed.
The moment
An outsourced contact centre keeps a log of every time a human agent stepped in to rescue a conversation the client's AI agent was failing.
The header ticks up to 1,900 rescues this month. 640 of them were conversations the bot billed as resolved.
That is $96,000 in resolution fees for work that humans did.
The client rewrites the bot contract. The contact centre's people are no longer a cost to automate away, but the safety net the bot depends on.
