Promise Day Wheel
Each district's supply day is a slice; a dry slice sends help first.
The job
Keeps the service schedule promised to each district, such as a rotating water supply day, collection day or maintenance window. Sends help before households run dry, and shows the schedule as residents actually experience it.
The moment
Each district's water supply day is shown as a slice of a weekly wheel. At 10:15 on Tuesday, four slices turn red together, and the wheel flags the pump station they share.
A rooftop tank on screen hits empty as a resident's message appears: "the tank has been empty since yesterday".
212 homes get a pre-booked water tanker and a WhatsApp message before most of them have called.
The evening note shows 34 tanker orders from those districts, against 410 on the last dry Tuesday.
What it does
- Escalate a pump station
- Send residents a new supply window
- Pre-book tankers
- Record a slice outcome
What you see
Rotating weekly promise wheel (a rota calendar) with dry slices, a rooftop-tank household view and a tanker-wait stopwatch.
What it moves
Emergency tanker orders per dry supply day, and how well each district's schedule is kept as residents feel it: the share of promised supply days that residents did not report as dry.
