Passenger Weather Radar
Tomorrow's complaint weather per hub, named storms, and yesterday's forecast graded in public.
The job
Tell operations and WFM, the evening before, which hubs and themes will storm tomorrow and how hard, so staff and care stock are positioned before passengers arrive, and prove every morning that the forecast deserves to be trusted.
The moment
The 06:00 call opens on a single line: Forecast score yesterday: 0.71, ahead of a same-as-today guess. Storm Juniper arrived at the hub on time, at half the strength of the last similar day. Below it, the duty manager's two pre-positioned loaders and the early disruption notice sent at 19:00 the night before are listed as the actions taken, and the storm's own verbatims open with one tap.
What it does
- Send WFM staffing nudge
- Pre-position staff and care stock
- Send early disruption notice to passengers
- Name a storm / write the retro
- Open a storm's verbatims
What you see
Weather-outlook planning page with TAF-style coded lines and plain decodes, a morning forecast report card, a named-storm season archive, and a grey read-only hub wall
What it moves
Share of complaint-storm days pre-staffed, and reactive overtime spend and queue abandonment on those days; forecast score vs a same-as-today guess as the trust metric
Built for
- Contact-centre operations
- CX leaders & VoC
