Not My Rider
Customers notice when the rider isn't the one in the app. Listen first.
The job
Catches riders renting out accounts and unlicensed riding from customers' own remarks before a regulator's inspection does, makes each fleet answer against a deadline, and keeps an evidence file per fleet showing every case detected, re-checked and confirmed fixed.
The moment
Customer remarks are set beside each rider's registered photo, like a police lineup. In one zone, one fleet gets 212 remarks in a week saying "not the rider in the photo", against a usual 20 to 35.
The fleet has 48 hours to answer, and its answer arrives at 46 hours. A selfie re-check fails 38 rider accounts.
Three weeks later the lineup is empty. The compliance file shows each case as detected, re-checked and confirmed fixed, all before any inspection.
What it does
- Send the lineup to the fleet and start the 48-hour clock
- Force selfie re-verification in a zone
- Log the fleet's answer
- Send the monthly compliance pack
What you see
Lineup cards (registered silhouette vs customer testimony) under a 48-hour countdown, over a zone radar
What it moves
Remarks that the rider did not match the registered rider, per 1,000 orders per fleet, and the share of fleet cases answered within 48 hours and confirmed cleared.
