Next Visitor Verify
Facilities faults fixed in minutes, and verified by the very next visitor.
The job
Lets anyone report a facilities fault by scanning a QR code, and sends the nearest attendant to fix it. The next person to use the space confirms the fix, and the contractor is paid on those confirmed times, not on closed tickets.
The moment
A QR code is taped to a meeting-room door. A visitor scans it and reports "no water".
The nearest attendant gets an alert on their phone, deals with it and replies that it is done.
The next visitor to scan the same code is asked "Is it OK now?" and taps yes.
On the control-room screen, the pin on the floor plan turns from red to green. The timer stops at 3 minutes 41 seconds, confirmed by someone other than the person who reported it.
What it does
- Dispatch the nearest attendant
- Escalate a failed check
- Raise a CAFM work order
- Flag for planned maintenance
- Send the monthly contractor scorecard
What you see
A live floor plan with asset pins changing state on the FM control-room wall, a stopwatch play mode for drills, and a monthly contractor scorecard sent as a PDF link.
What it moves
The median minutes from a QR report to a fix confirmed by a visitor, repeat faults per asset each month, and the SLA credits in dollars owed to the building owner, settled at the monthly contract review.
