Maturity Countdown
Every morning until submission, one door opens on an index point you can bank.
The job
When our platforms will be scored on a national index, map citizen evidence to every perspective and theme per platform, separate points lost for lack of proof from points lost for real failure, rehearse the assessor's hardest questions, and bank the cheapest points before submission day.
The moment
Ninety days out the excellence office opens the countdown: Mock score 81.4 (78-85). 6.2 points on the table, 3.9 of them prove-it points: you already do it, you just can't show it. That morning's door holds a finished complaints-handling exhibit with 1,140 cited citizen voices showing replies inside five days. Then Mock Assessor turns on it: Your own citizens say 212 times that the reply said nothing. Is a fast empty reply handled? The director types her defence, narrows the claim, and banks it. The DG's line at the steering committee: we found four points without writing a line of code.
What it does
- Bank a prove-it point (approve an AI-drafted exhibit)
- Defend a claim against the mock assessor
- Assemble the submission binder as a PDF link
- Commit a fix-it with an owner and a verdict due before submission
- Flag a contradicted self-assessment claim to its owner
- Enter official results and run calibration
What you see
A countdown calendar with one door per morning, a mock-assessor cross-examination, an audit sheet, a submission binder PDF and a calibration card.
What it moves
Index points banked before submission (prove-it vs fix-it), claims narrowed or withdrawn before the assessor saw them, and rehearsal accuracy against the published result.
