The job
Runs every food-safety incident (food poisoning, allergens, foreign objects, expired stock) against one clock, from first report to a confirmed safe reopening. Reaches every other customer who ate the same dish, and proves how fast the dish was paused and the regulator told.
The moment
Three messages about stomach pain after eating the chicken arrive through three channels. At minute 6 they are merged into one incident, and at minute 19 the dish is paused.
By minute 40, a recall trace shows 212 anonymised dots, one for each customer who ate the same dish. They turn green one by one as customers reply that they're fine.
Two turn red, and those customers get a care callback.
The regulator report is drafted with every timestamp, well inside the reporting deadline and before the first social media post.
