Hidden Cry Quiz
Staff race to spot the vulnerable person hidden in ordinary complaints.
The job
Teaches every frontline agent to recognise signs of vulnerability in real, masked messages, shows trainers which signs the whole floor keeps missing, and proves the training changed how agents flag real customers.
The moment
At the Monday huddle, 80 agents see a real, masked message on the floor screen: a customer asks to activate a card "because my husband handles everything".
The countdown hits zero and the results fill in: 71% thought it was routine.
The screen then reveals what the customer wrote a month later, when nobody had noticed the warning sign, and the room goes quiet.
Five weeks on, the floor misses coercion signs only 22% of the time. Agents' confirmed flags for customers needing extra care have doubled, with no rise in false alarms.
What it does
- Approve a masked card into the deck
- Record a team's answer
- Run a round on the floor
- Assign a micro-lesson
- Collect answers by WhatsApp poll (optional)
What you see
Live huddle quiz on the floor screen with a countdown, a reveal and a team league beside real care outcomes
What it moves
How often the floor misses each type of warning sign (for example coercion, from 71% to 22%), and confirmed care flags raised by agents per team per week, with the false-alarm rate.
