Civic Receipt
Every citizen report ends in a receipt they can screenshot, reply to, or reopen.
The job
Keeps citizens informed at every stage of a report, in the channel they already use, and ends with proof of service they can share or reopen. Nobody has to call to ask what happened to their report.
The moment
A resident gets a card on WhatsApp shaped like a shop receipt, for a pothole reported on Main Street. It was promised for 3 August and fixed on 2 August at 11:40.
The receipt also shows the resident confirmed the fix at 18:42, that 4 neighbours who reported it have been told, and that it cost the resident $0 and 2 minutes.
The resident posts a screenshot saying "first time I've seen this". That evening, the post appears in the operator's feed of public mentions, matched by its report number.
On the same screen, a meter shows that "where is my report?" contacts in that district have halved since launch.
What it does
- Approve a receipt template
- Send a stage batch (WhatsApp + email)
- Reopen a 'still broken' case
- Answer 'what happened to my report?'
- Send the quarterly civic-wallet line
What you see
Thermal-receipt card on WhatsApp and email with a five-stamp timeline; operator studio with live preview; quarterly civic-wallet line
What it moves
Calls and messages chasing "where is my report?" per 100 reports, before and after launch, plus how often reports are reopened within 7 days and how often citizens confirm the fix.
