The job
Runs each client's rules on disclosure and data exposure as live alarms. Each breach is removed from the recording, coached and logged for the client within minutes, so audit season brings a full streak history and assessor pack, not a scramble.
The moment
Each client programme has a sign on the floor wall, like a factory safety sign, counting days since a card number was spoken. At 11:02 it flips from 143 to 0: an agent read a card number back to a customer.
By 11:09 the supervisor has confirmed it, the card number is removed from the recording at source, and the agent has a short lesson.
The client's security officer gets an audit entry noting it was caught 11 days before their 2% weekly sample would have found it.
At the quarterly assessment, the assessor gets a calendar of the streak in which every reset is explained and closed within ten minutes.
