The job
Runs campus maintenance for residences, classrooms and labs as a closed loop. Students report by WhatsApp photo, AI reads and merges duplicate reports, facilities fix against an SLA and the student confirms. The facilities director uses it as the official maintenance record.
The moment
Every campus building is drawn open like a dollhouse, and rooms with a reported problem glow.
Within 20 minutes, 14 rooms on floors 3 and 4 of Building 7 report no hot water. Before anyone merges the reports, a red line draws itself through the walls along the shared water pipe.
Facilities fix the pipe by 16:00. Within the hour, 12 students confirm it works and their rooms go dark one by one.
Two students reply that it is still cold, so their rooms stay lit and the jobs reopen automatically.
