The job
Run campus maintenance (residences, classrooms, labs) on a closed loop: students report by WhatsApp photo, AI reads each report and merges duplicates, facilities fix against an SLA, the student confirms, and the facilities director owns it as the maintenance system of record.
The moment
Building 7 lights up floor by floor: 14 rooms on floors 3 and 4 report no hot water within 20 minutes, and a red riser line draws itself through the walls connecting them before anyone clicks merge. Facilities fix the riser by 16:00; 12 students reply 1 within the hour and their rooms go dark one by one. Two reply still cold, so those two rooms stay lit and reopen themselves.
