Aisle SOS
Shopper snaps the spill, the duty manager fixes it, the shopper confirms.
The job
Closes every physical fault a shopper reports in store, such as a spill, leaking chiller, broken trolley or dirty restroom, from photo to a fix the shopper confirms. It shows the COO which stores are safe right now.
The moment
At 19:42 a shopper sends a photo of water pooling under the frozen food aisle.
At 19:43 the duty manager gets the photo, the aisle and a 15-minute deadline on WhatsApp. On the COO's wall, a red pulse appears on the frozen aisle of that store's floor plan.
At 19:51 the after photo goes to the shopper, who replies "all good, thanks". The pulse stops.
In front of the room, the count of open slip hazards drops to 0.
