Put the overnight passenger voice, and each owner's answer to it, at the top of the daily ops call as a voice note, let the COO direct by voice, and open the next morning with the verdicts.
The moment
At 06:00 the bridge goes quiet while the note plays: Last night 212 passengers on the night bank waited over an hour at belt 7; the station says a loader was short. The COO holds the mic button: Direct: two more loaders on the night bank from tonight. The next morning's note opens with his words, You said: two more loaders from tonight, then: Belt 7: quiet for the second night. He says good, next, and the call is four minutes shorter.
