The job
Replaces the manual weekly visitor-care slide deck with a set of postcards, one per priority nationality, each line backed by real reviews. Actions are assigned from the card and answered in the next edition's P.S.
The moment
Each week, the app writes one postcard per priority visitor nationality, as if from a visitor writing home. Every line is backed by real reviews. The minister flips through twelve postcards.
The German postcard reads "the ancient ruins took our breath away, but the airport shuttle never came". The shuttle line is underlined.
The transport operator is notified straight from the card.
A month later, the postcard ends with "P.S. the shuttle was waiting this time", and the minister reads that line aloud at the Monday briefing.
