The job
After each cabinet or council session, shows the minister how citizens received every decision affecting the ministry, gets one approved clarification into every channel before confusion sets in, and proves the next day that it worked.
The moment
After each cabinet session, the minister gets a newspaper-style front page on how citizens received the decisions. At 08:00 on Wednesday it leads with a permit fee decision: 61% of citizens are confused, somewhere between 55 and 67%.
One question dominates: does it apply to existing permits? A check the night before had flagged this gap, so a draft clarification is ready.
The spokesperson approves it at 10:00, and by noon the AI agent and the hotline give the same answer.
On Thursday, confusion is down from 61% to 18%, and the AI agent answers the question without help in 83% of chats. The minister gets the page on WhatsApp.
