After each cabinet or council session, show the minister how citizens received every decision touching the ministry, get one approved clarification into every channel before confusion hardens, and prove next day that it worked.

Last night's Proofs had flagged exactly that gap and a draft clarification was already waiting. The spokesperson approves the clarification at 10:00; by noon the AI agent and the hotline carry the same sentence.
