The job
Find the enforcement points (cameras, zones, rules) that draw disproportionate objections per fine issued, decide whether the cause is signage, calibration or misunderstanding, fix it, and prove objections fell without compliance falling.
The moment
One ring-road camera produced 18% of the city's fine objections. Its approach strip shows the quotes piling up in the last 400 m, where the limit drops with no warning. Road safety adds a 500 m warning sign; the strip redraws with the sign in place. Six weeks later objections at that pin are down 80% per 1,000 fines while violations there fall too, and the pin on the wall map fades from red to grey.
