The job
Registers every medicine switch from the approved list or a tender in advance, with its saving and words to watch for. Patients' words then give a verdict on net value at 30, 60 and 90 days, with a counselling fix or a switch review.

A tender saved $3.1 million by switching inhaler brands. At day 60 there are 412 mentions of patients who can't use the new inhaler, against 20 before, and the cost of complaints has eaten $600,000 of the saving.
