Dear Doctor Letters
Each doctor's private monthly letter in patients' words, with one habit and its verdict.
The job
Gives every clinician private, specific feedback in patients' own words with one habit to try, and shows the next month whether patients noticed. Gives leadership a library of proven habits as accreditation evidence, without ever ranking or exposing individuals.
The moment
Each doctor gets a private monthly letter with feedback in patients' own words and one habit to try. A cardiologist chose to sit down for the first minute.
Next month's letter says patients called the visit rushed 11 times in August and 3 times in September. One wrote that the doctor sat with their mother as though the doctor had all day.
The habit stamp fills its second ring, and the cardiologist personally forwards the letter to the department chair.
The medical director's habit library shows the same habit confirmed for 9 of the 14 doctors who tried it.
What it does
- Generate and send a batch of letters
- Record the chosen habit
- Write the monthly verdict
- Send the accreditation evidence page
What you see
A private monthly letter with a habit stamp that fills ring by ring and a 20-second voice-note seal; aggregate-only habit library and department roll-ups for leadership
What it moves
The share of patient comments in each department saying the doctor rushed, didn't explain or didn't look at them, and the share of chosen habits confirmed as kept within three months.
