The job
Gives the operations floor and leadership one calm view of the whole process that only gets loud when a person is needed, lets leaders steer with directives, and ends each day with a result worth sharing.
The moment
The wall shows the city as a night skyline. Each lit window is a resident who confirmed "yes, it's fixed" by WhatsApp or on a follow-up call.
By late afternoon one tower stays dark with a red warning light. The deputy minister taps it on a tablet: an open storm-drain cover, 30 hours overdue, with the resident's words from the last call.
The deputy minister sends the district head a directive due before sundown, and it appears on the wall with a countdown.
The crew closes the cover and the resident confirms at 17:41. The window lights up and the directive is marked done automatically.
At sundown the tally reads 1,284 confirmed fixes and no dark towers.
