A night skyline where every citizen-confirmed fix switches on a window.
The job
Shows the operations floor and leadership each fix that residents have confirmed, on one calm wall screen. It flags overdue reports that put lives at risk, lets leaders issue directives with deadlines, and ends each day with a tally worth sharing.
The moment
The wall shows the city as a night skyline. Each lit window is a resident who confirmed "yes, it's fixed" by WhatsApp or on a follow-up call.
By late afternoon one tower stays dark with a red warning light. The deputy minister taps it on a tablet: an open storm-drain cover, 30 hours overdue, with the resident's words from the last call.
The deputy minister sends the district head a directive due before sundown, and it appears on the wall with a countdown.
The crew closes the cover and the resident confirms at 17:41. The window lights up and the directive is marked done automatically.
At sundown the tally reads 1,284 confirmed fixes and no dark towers.
