Photo-to-Fixed Loop
Photo in, work order out, fix confirmed by voice, reopened if not.
The job
Runs one physical-fault process inside OnClarity: a customer's WhatsApp photo becomes a work order, a crew is sent and people are notified, and a voice call confirms the fix or reopens the case. It all runs on one board and one wall screen.
The moment
Each report starts as a resident's WhatsApp photo and becomes a work order on a board. The supervisor marks a street lamp job fixed and moves on.
About two minutes later, a follow-up call to the resident ends with "the lamp is still off".
On the shared wall screen the card turns red, the confirmed-fix rate drops by one report, and the team reads the resident's words together.
The supervisor opens the same record in OnClarity, where the call transcript is already filed as voice feedback for that district.
