The job
Replaces the monthly business review deck with a written memo whose claims are re-tested every week and strike themselves out when the data no longer supports them.
The moment
Instead of a slide deck, leaders get a written memo, and each claim in it is re-tested against the data every week.
Mid-month, the CEO reopens the memo and watches one line strike itself through: "Delivery delays are falling".
A note replaces it: no longer true since 12 Oct, with 214 new complaints, above the limit of 120 set in advance.
The margin already shows the author's confirmation on WhatsApp, sent before anyone asked.
