The moment
Instead of a slide deck, leaders get a written memo, and each claim in it is re-tested against the data every week.
Mid-month, the CEO reopens the memo and sees one line has been struck through: "Delivery delays are falling".
A note explains why: no longer true since 12 Oct, with 214 new complaints, above the limit of 120 set in advance.
The margin already shows the author's confirmation on WhatsApp, sent before anyone asked.
