The job
Supervise every product in a sandbox or government pilot against consumer guard-rails registered before it launched, act the week a guard-rail breaks, and decide Graduate, Extend or Exit on evidence the market can see.
The moment
Graduation Day: the robo-taxi pilot walks across the stage with safety language inside its band for 26 weeks straight. The BNPL is held back: charged after cancelling crossed its line in week 6, the letter left that afternoon, the line was back inside the band three weeks later, and the dossier reads Extend one term, not Exit, with the 212 posts behind the breach one tap away. The next morning both report cards are live on the regulator's public portal.
