Reunion Desk
A lost child, visitor or passenger: found and reunited, with a clock running.
The job
Treats every report of a lost child, visitor or passenger as a missing-person case, with a clock running until they are reunited. Rings the responsible person within a minute and turns each case's route, gate or site into a prevention rule.
The moment
At 07:48 a mother sends a WhatsApp message: "My daughter didn't get off the bus." The app treats it as a missing-person case and starts a clock.
At 07:49 the route supervisor's phone rings, and the voice agent explains the situation.
At 07:53 the supervisor replies that the child was found asleep on the back seat, and the board flips to found after 5 minutes. The mother is told at 07:55.
Later, a headcount at the end of every run becomes mandatory on route 12. There have been 0 cases in 41 school days since, against 3 in the 41 before.
