The job
Turns the weekly leadership brief, built by hand over two days, into five decisions. Each is a problem in citizens' words with a drafted directive, approved in one tap, sent to the owning agency and judged by citizens the next Monday.
The moment
Each Monday the leader gets a red folder of five cards, each a problem in citizens' own words with a drafted directive to approve in one tap.
This Monday, a directive signed three weeks ago comes back marked broken.
Before any figures, the leader sees fourteen new citizen complaints about the same service, all made after it was signed. One reads "they told us it was fixed last month, it isn't".
Beneath them sits the agency head's written explanation, and a button to summon the agency head.
