Every place carries a passport of its history, stamped only by verified fixes.
The job
Give each place a lifelong memory of what customers said, what was promised, what was fixed and whether it held, make every new owner adopt or reject each open item within seven days, and show customers the verified fixes.
The moment
On her first morning the new branch manager opens the passport and finds three red relapsed stamps: the waiting-hall AC has failed every July since 2023 and was fixed three times. She adopts it on the handover page, and this July the stamp comes back green; the lobby poster now shows it.
