Clock Dodgers
Find the complaints your AI agent heard but never started a clock for.
The job
Finds complaints that AI agents, OnClarity's own or another vendor's, treated as simple questions without starting the legal complaint deadline. Puts a regulator risk figure on them, registers the missed cases late with approval, fixes the bot and checks the fix worked.
The moment
Regulators set a legal deadline for handling each complaint, and the clock starts when a complaint is logged. The screen reads: your AI agent heard 1,140 complaints last month but started the clock on only 212.
A reviewer replays one. The customer writes "this is the third time, I want to complain", and the bot replies with a link to its FAQ.
The sentence is marked red, and a note in the margin shows the 19-business-day deadline that was never started.
A week after the bot's instructions are fixed, the number of complaints with the clock started climbs to 1,020, and the containment rate the vendor bills on falls.
What it does
- Register dodged complaints late, with apology
- Send the bot fix to the AI owner
- Confirm or dismiss a dodge
- Register an OnClarity AI agent pilot on an intent
- Open evidence
What you see
A three-bar dodge funnel with an evidence-wall replay (red dodged sentence, phantom clock) and a remedy desk
What it moves
The share of complaints handled by AI where the deadline clock was started, for each bot and topic, missed clocks per month, and estimated regulator risk in US dollars.
