Press play: every subtitle and dub complaint appears as a caption at its minute.
The job
Pins subtitle, dubbing, caption and audio description complaints to title, episode and minute, sends the supplier a fix ticket with evidence, proves the track is clean and turns missed fixes into SLA credits.
The moment
Subtitle, dubbing and caption complaints are pinned to the exact minute of each episode, and appear as captions on screen when the episode plays.
The localisation lead plays episode 7. At minute 23 the screen fills with 212 complaints saying "the subtitles are late".
A fix ticket goes to the subtitle supplier with the exact minutes and customer quotes. The fixed file ships the next day, and the replay runs with no complaints.
Beside it, the supplier has missed its SLA on 4 fixes this quarter, and a credit claim for $18,400 has been drafted.
What it does
- Log a localisation issue
- Send the vendor a fix ticket
- Record fixed-file date and verdict
- Send an SLA-credit claim
What you see
Playable episode scrubber with complaints as burnt-in captions, a before/after replay, a dub-language lane and a vendor scorecard
What it moves
Localisation complaints per 1,000 plays of each episode, the supplier's median days to fix, and SLA credits recovered in dollars each quarter.
