The job
Gives every council a memory. Pulls each commitment that affects customers out of the minutes, links it to evidence with a verdict rule set in advance, chases the owner, and opens the next meeting with the data's verdict, in customers' own words.
The moment
The council meeting opens on one slide. Last time, a mother of five told them about standing 40 minutes in the family queue.
Since then, all 12 centres have seated priority queues, and waiting complaints from families are down 70%.
Under it is the mother's WhatsApp reply: "This time I sat down, and they called me in ten minutes." The mother is sitting in the second row.
At board level, the chair's pack opens on last quarter's own promises. Any "Broken" stamps were put there by the data, not by the CX team.
