Matchday Programme
The club programme written by fans' complaints and signed off by fixes.
The job
Turns fan feedback from every home match into a fix list for the next one, and a matchday programme telling season-ticket holders what changed. Checks each fix at the next match and shows the commercial director the effect on renewals.
The moment
After every home match, the club turns fans' complaints into a fix list for the next one.
Season-ticket holders open the matchday programme on WhatsApp. Page 3 reads: "You told us gate 7 was a furnace. We added misting fans and opened 30 minutes earlier."
That night, complaints about heat at gate 7 fall 80%. Next week's programme prints "Fixed. You confirmed it".
The back cover reads: promises kept this season, 14 of 17.
What it does
- Add a fix to the list
- Send ops tasks and safety items
- Send the programme to season-ticket holders
- Record a fix verdict
What you see
Magazine-style matchday programme sent on WhatsApp, a stadium plan pinned with complaints, and a promises-kept back cover
What it moves
Complaints per 1,000 attendees in each stadium zone at the next match, promises kept each season, and how likely fans in fixed zones say they are to renew.
