Marked Absent
Results night: students wrongly shown absent are found, fixed at source, told and confirmed.
The job
When national exam results go live, find within minutes the clusters of students whose result is wrong through no fault of their own (shown absent when they sat, a missing subject, a blank grade, a mismatched seat number), separate them from portal outages, genuine mark disputes and rumours, get the record corrected at source, give every affected student a corrected slip with the time they were heard, confirm they now see their mark, and prove the pile decayed.
The moment
22:14, and the Physics row turns red in one column: 1,310 students at one southern centre have written it says absent but I was there in twenty minutes. The director stamps RECORD ERROR at 22:21; by 22:24 the hotline supervisor has the script line and the centre's queue stops growing. The cause is an attendance sheet that was never uploaded, fixed by 01:40. At 01:52 the SMS goes out and a student opens her corrected slip: Physics 91, corrected 01:40, we heard you at 22:14. By 06:00 the wall reads 1,310 slips reissued, 1,176 confirmed by the voice agent, 4 reopened, and the absent-claim line has fallen from 92 per 10 minutes to 3.
What it does
- Stamp a cell RECORD ERROR / OUTAGE / DISPUTE / RUMOUR
- Propose the bot answer and hotline script line
- Send a correction request to the exams-system owner
- Text every affected student a corrected-slip link
- Voice-agent confirmation calls
- Open a re-mark record with the appeal-deadline clock
- Hand a rumour to Rumour Half-Life Lab
- Open verbatims
What you see
A giant national result slip (subject × centre) whose red ABSENT stamps turn into green official stamps, a slips-reissued counter, a morning card and a re-mark lane with its deadline clock.
What it moves
Minutes from first claim to RECORD ERROR stamp, share of affected students with a corrected slip by 06:00, share confirmed by the voice agent, and decay of absent claims per 10 minutes.
