The job
Pushes recall completion to the last car by reaching every owner not yet reached, removing booking obstacles region by region, and proving completion to the regulator without a hand-built slide deck.
The moment
During the steering committee, a grid of car icons counts down the recalled cars not yet fixed. It ticks from 1,284 to 1,196 as bookings from the overnight campaign land.
The grid folds into a map showing that the last 140 cars are in two remote districts. One owner's quote says the nearest branch is 700 km away.
The manager sends the mobile service van from the same screen.
The report for the regulator regenerates with the new figures before the meeting ends.
