The job

Show people what happens next in their case as a short 'what happens next' timeline in their own language, drawn as a four-panel comic for the top languages. Each outcome is added as a fifth panel, so they turn up, bring the right thing, stop calling to ask, and hold a record of their case.

The moment

Example, illustrative figures

No-shows at mediation sessions fall by a third in the month the comics start (comic vs text-only, n shown). One worker forwards his comic, fifth panel and all (paid on the 20th), to his roommates, who file their own complaints the next day already knowing every step.

What it does

  • Save and approve a panel template
  • Test-send to a staff phone
  • Send comics per case and stage
  • Send the confusion map upstream

What you see

A personalised four-panel comic on WhatsApp with a living fifth outcome panel; text timeline fallback; internal studio and outcomes desk

  1. Screen 1: Confusion Map
  2. Screen 2: Panel Studio
  3. Screen 3: Preview & Approve
  4. Screen 4: Outcomes

What it moves

No-show rate at appointments and mediation sessions, and 'what happens next' contacts per 100 cases, comic vs text-only, per language
