Final Exit Pass
Leaving for good? Every gate closed before takeoff, and nothing freezes abroad.
The job
Turns an expat's decision to leave for good into a guided exit, with one step per obligation, so no account freezes abroad, no card keeps charging, and the final salary and severance still have an account to land in.
The moment
When expat customers say they are leaving the country for good, each exit appears on a staff board styled like an airport departures board, with one gate per thing to close.
One case flashes "Last call" with a single red gate: the customer's final pay lands after their flight.
The segment manager presses Last call. A voice agent phones the customer, an engineer, in their own language, and they agree to keep the account open 90 days for the payment.
The gate turns green and the case is cleared for departure.
Complaints from leavers about accounts frozen abroad were 310 a month last summer. This month there are 40.
What it does
- Open an exit case
- Send the boarding pass
- Last call (voice)
- Hold account open for final pay / hand off settlement
- Set a gate by hand
- Alert an employer's RM about a leaver wave
- Register a product rule change
What you see
Airport departures board (split-flap rows, gate dots, last-call flashes) for staff, plus a multilingual WhatsApp boarding-pass checklist for the customer
What it moves
Complaints from leavers each month about accounts frozen abroad or cards still charging, for example 310 down to 40 in one season, and the share of exit cases cleared before the departure date.
