Every Drop
Leak photo in, crew out, voice check after; the wall counts litres lost.
The job
Runs leaks, bursts and sewer overflows from a resident's WhatsApp photo to a fix confirmed by phone call, and shows how much water and money is lost while each report waits.
The moment
Residents report leaks, bursts and sewer overflows with a WhatsApp photo, and a wall shows the water being lost as a draining tank.
Today's tank reads 2,140 cubic metres lost while reports wait, worth $19,300, or enough for 1,200 homes for a day.
A supervisor marks a burst fixed. Eight minutes later the check call hears "it's still bubbling at the corner", and the card turns red as reopened.
The crew is back before the resident posts about it. When the second fix is confirmed, the tank visibly refills.
What it does
- Assign a crew / mark fixed / reopen
- Dispatch the crew
- Notify the resident
- Place the verification call
- Turn on wall sound
What you see

What it moves
Cubic metres and dollars of water lost while reports wait, the share of first fixes confirmed by the follow-up call, and median hours from report to confirmed fix.
