The job
Predicts and catches the extra demand that a change in one agency or department creates at other agencies, channels or partners. Gives every affected service the same answer and bills the spillover back to where it started.
The moment
Two weeks before a new licensing rule starts, the app draws a chain of dominoes across other services. Faint predicted tiles show the permits line and two banks will get extra calls.
By Tuesday, real tiles fall right beside the predicted ones: 2,100 extra calls about licence transfers, then calls at the banks about payments not received.
One tap sends all three owners the same evidence and a joint FAQ. The spillover bill reads $184,000.
A week later the tiles are standing again, meaning the extra calls have died down.
